Since its founding in 2020, The Executive Solutions Agency has grown to a team of 20 incredibly skilled and experienced people with a variety of professional backgrounds across multiple industries. This unique blend of talent enables the business to offer tailored support to meet the individual needs of its clients.

AN INTRODUCTION TO THE EXECUTIVE SOLUTIONS AGENCY

Executive Solutions Agency started when Sasha Savile was made redundant from a 17-year corporate career in the construction industry. With a six-month-old baby she knew that continuing work in the corporate world that was structured and inflexible was not an option for her in a young family.

So, she decided to launch her own business, offering support to small businesses that needed help from an experienced professional who was organised, approachable, and extremely hardworking.

It wasn't until one of her clients disclosed that he was ADHD that she realised that growing up with a brother who is severely dyslexic and having to help him navigate the education system and watch the challenges he faced when entering the corporate world that she knew that she was able to support neurodivergent business owners and professionals with understanding, patience and individually whilst using her many years of business experience to help them run and build their own businesses and careers.
