1. What is the Access to Work grant, and who qualifies for it?
The Access to Work grant is government funded scheme designed to help individuals with disabilities or health conditions, including neurodivergent conditions, get the support they need to succeed at work. You qualify if your condition affects your ability to do your job or if you need assistance with managing your business.
Processing times for Access to Work applications can vary, but it typically takes several weeks. In some cases, it may take up to 26 weeks for approval. Our team can help you navigate the process and ensure your application is complete to avoid unnecessary delays.

3. What kind of support can I get through Access to Work?
The Access to Work grant can cover a range of support, including help with administration tasks, executive function, workplace coaching, specialist equipment, assistive technology, and workplace adaptations. Our team can work with you to identify the specific support you need based on your neurodivergent condition and business requirements.
4. Can I use the Access to Work grant to hire your services?
Yes! If you’ve been approved for an Access to Work grant which includes a Support Worker, you can use it to hire any our services. We’ll work with you as your designated Access to Work Support Worker.
5. How can you help me with the Access to Work application?
We offer personalised, 1:1 support throughout the Access to Work application process. From helping you gather the necessary documents to assisting with the application itself, liaising with Access to Work to help collecting quotes, our team will be with you every step of the way.
